• Job Details:- Managing all e-commerce platforms (B2B & B2C), such as website, Amazon, Jumia and Noon accounts. - Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience. - Follow up with e-commerce team and allocating task to the staff. - Define and lead the overall e-commerce operations (B2C & B2B Operations) including order management, supply chain, inventory planning and customer services. - Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales (B2B and B2C sales). - Lead development of internal processes for content management, product development and continuous improvement. - Recommend and execute compelling web promotions and offerings to drive customer acquisition and engagement
