• Job Details:Scope: In charge of leading and managing BioScien Quality, Technical Department and Manufacturing sites, was reporting directly to CEO. • Support the development of the company key functions according to QMS standards with ISO Certification for Quality (ISO 9001:2015) and Medical devise (ISO 13485:2016). • Responsible on Company Certification for CE Mark. • Support the validation of Manufacturing site for key customers locally and aboard • Improve the quality metrics and customer service.

Facility ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Lead and direct all phases of site operations including: production, quality control, quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, projects, recruiting, hiring, training personnel, and capital improvements. In addition, responsible for annual budget planning and execution and financial costing. Increase productivity and profitability within the operation. Finally provide leadership and direction on a cross-functional basis.  Member in the site executive Leadership team for Egypt Site  Set up and manage HB Fuller strategic priorities to deliver class A service with low cost products. Manage all strategic and tactical planning of products manufacturing.  Contribute to and deliver international strategy and business plan. Participating in the development of strategies and objectives of the division.  Manage & develop effective order fulfillment, S&OP; meeting. Play an active role in driving customer service with an emphasis on service improvement and process. Optimizing decisions by mobilizing the commercial team to improve reliability of demand plans and aligning with the site to increase flexibility of the supply.  Develop and execute the site budgets.  Set up a culture of operational excellence to ensure lean manufacturing process in place and in use to achieve excellent output.  Translate business needs and priorities into site strategies and programs that contribute to driving growth and customer service while reducing costs.  Develop a work environment thus ensuring compliance and integrity of data and Drive standard way of work. Live the values and lead the team to achieve and demonstrate flexibility and openness to change.  Enhance managerial and technical circulars within the site towards the achievement of the set plans and objectives.  Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire factory functions  Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals and drive improvement. Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.  Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the site.  Work closely with quality personnel to review quality system and areas of improvement and insure quality compliance.  Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.  Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.  Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the site team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees. In addition, maintain security system and access readers.  Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives.  Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all operations employees.  Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies.  Work closely with finance to ensure meeting cash cost, conversion cost, CAPEX budget and ensure compliance to SOX requirement.
