- Job Details:- Manage the staffing of the organization, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, orientation programs, transfer and promotion of talent. - Prepare, Manage, execute annual training and development plan to ensure sufficient development of organizational competencies, and monitoring training costs against budget. - Manage Human Resources planning (HR reviews, succession planning, and identification of High potentials) and monitors employee development plans. - Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance to the organizations’ goals and monitors compliance with of the Egyptian labor law procedures, and regulations to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization. - Supervise, direct, and manage Subordinates in the conduct of their assigned tasks. - Work closely with senior and line managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, performance management, etc.), in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the Board. - Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters in conjunction with the Administration Manager when required. - Supervise and monitor Payroll process, Personnel activities and employees benefits like Social, Medical and life insurance, Employees files, and pension plan to make sure everything are done on time and as required. - Analyze, Monitor and review existing bonus systems to create a new system, working as a motivational tool for employees. - Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up. - Gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of the compensation and benefits package, and make recommendations as appropriate. - Provide HR support and partner with the business managers for improving the staff productivity and performance. - Monitor sickness, permissions, and missions, turn over, absence levels and provide monthly management reports. - Involved in the implementation of staff communication activities such as annual award, and appreciation events.

- Job Details:- Set and execute the annual manpower plan in coordination with the Recruitment Manager and top management. - Doing all recruitment process that includes: sourcing, screening, sorting, interviewing, testing and hiring. - Conduct Interviews of applicants for all levels and evaluate their qualifications and Skills. - Handle staffing needs through selecting the right candidates fit the open vacancies in accordance with the required qualifications, specifications and job descriptions. - Conduct and facilitate new hires orientation, prepare offer letters, notify applicants of consideration or rejection, references check and conduct exit interviews. - Utilize effective sourcing techniques to recruit qualified candidates, including composing of job postings and advertisements. - Prepare HR reports, plans and presentations for top management. - Track, Analyze employees' performance, turn over and hiring needs. - Represent the company in employment fairs and different events.
