Conducting hazards and risks associated are proactively by identifying, assessing, controlling and managing to mitigate the likelihood and consequences of accidents. • Job Details:• Assist with the development of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). o Perform a hazard analysis. o Determine Critical Control Points (CCPs). o Set critical limits. o Establish a monitoring system. o Establish corrective actions. o Establish verification procedures. o Establish record-keeping procedures. • Disseminate safety information throughout the workplace via bulletin boards, posters, newsletters share external and internal HSE learnings and incorporate where appropriate. • Liaise with onsite Senior and HSE management to ensure alignment. • Develop project specific HSE Processes and procedures as required. • Provide regular reports on HSE performance. • Complete the development of the developments HSE Management Plan, and ensure ongoing implementation of the HSEMP, including further production of individual project HSE management plans. • Provide HSE input to the evaluation and selection of contractors. • Provide HSE support to project managers, outlining the contractual HSE requirements for the services and equipment to be provided by the contractors when developing scopes of work. • Make recommendations, promote training, offer advice and liaise with personnel at all levels on a continuing basis regarding health, safety and the environment and drive risk reduction and performance improvement. • Provide input to project assurance plans, ensuring that appropriate HSSE activities are included. • Arrange for these activities to take place including any external participation. • Represent developments as HSE Lead at contractor meetings to facilitate understanding of project requirements. • Ensure development of appropriate HSE bridging documents and Contractor HSE management systems. • Evaluate contractor performance at defined intervals to confirm conformance with H&S requirements, provide feedback, lessons learned and a basis for improving future contractor selection and performance. • Carry out assurance audits/visits to monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance with project requirements prior to mobilisation to site. • Assist engineering and construction teams in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and in the development of scope specific HSE risk management plans. • Performed Safety Standdown on Findings, Near misses and Incidents. • Covered all Policies, processes and procedures on Covid - 19 protocols and tracing system implemented.
