From early gates via overall integration of EPC, all disciplines to comnmissioning and start up. Initiating baselines, monitoring procedures, progress, forecasts, reporting. Details per sector are available per email on request. Through my job-planners years I developed a great interest in project control systems. Therefore in 1997, I specialized in scheduling/coordination and data control. As an experienced Sr. Project Scheduler I now offer the ability to design, implement, manage and execute scheduling & related systems. For all sizes and fully integrated multidiscipline projects at End-Client or EPC level, containing all relevant phases. With a proven ability to perform at consultancy/advisory level in matters of scheduling I offer many years of project experience and a strong belief in revenues generated by communication and coordination. Conversant with and experienced; building a necessary environment like WBS, OBS, CBS, other coding and integrating structures; the use of procedures and document, change and risk registers together with consistent reporting;, monitoring progress, slippage, delays (EVM); co-ordinations and interfacing with other parties and stakeholders.
