• Job Details:- Since 2007 till 2012 :- 1) Small Enterprises finance - Providing risk assessment for small enterprises (i.e. required facilities below EGP 1,000,000) by ensuring the eligibility of the company to the proposed facilities and that the required facilities structure must be clarified by the company business and financials. - Act as dual control for any related risk issues (financials, tax disputes, I-score results, company structure … Etc) - Verify all the necessary documents required by CBE regulations and adhere to bank credit policy. - Make the necessary spreading to check the financial data to evaluate the company financial performance. - Deliver high quality and consistent credit application - Performed underwriting, financial analysis, and the calculation of key financial ratios for small enterprises. - Created financial and cash flow forecasting to determine debit repayment and deal profitability . * Providing analysis and risk assessment for more than 400 small enterprises. - Since 2012 till date :- 2) Personal retail finance - Approval for retail personal loans with limit EGP 150 K . - Checking, verifying & compiling customer's data and documents to the eligibility criteria, work flow and credit policy. - Act as dual control for any risk issues ( I-score results, fraud documents, … etc). * Providing analysis and risk assessment for more than 4500 personal loan.
