• Job Details:•Provide technical support for the organization’s PCs and network •Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications •Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks •Monitor and maintain network devices including switches, routers and firewalls •Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software problems •Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues •Assist in the roll-out of new applications •Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades •Perform other related duties as assigned

• Job Details:Handle customer inquiries telepathically. Handle both physical and logical problems related to the Exchange. Handel physical and logical problems on customer side. Research required information using available resources. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
