• Job Details:Evaluating raw materials from various sources to get the alternatives of current RMs or to improve the features of products and testing regularly the running materials to release the new incoming shipments for production line. ► Searching for new technologies (raw materials or applications) in the construction field for fulfilling the future customer demands. ► Establish formulas for new products and develop the existing ones for several purposes such as cost optimization, alternatives for raw materials in case of shortage or sources replacement, improving features to meet market and standard requirements. ► Planning, supervising, and implementing all R&D department activities for new projects for all lab activities to improve the properties of products as per market needs in GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain). ► Collecting all items are necessary to investigate regarding customer admixture-complaints to analyze, test, experiment to figure out the problem and take a corrective action to get a solution. ► Revising the documentation for admixtures and updating them with the new data for operation manufacturing methods, Specs for RMs and FGs, technical data sheets, and creating the new ones. ► Summarizing the laboratory experiments carried in by lab technicians to conclude the proper decision and reporting these data as a references to top management. ► Opening the channels with raw materials suppliers and the third-party labs to get an exceptional support when needed. ► Managing acceptance and rejection of new and alternatives sources of the raw materials (in terms – the testing procedures, identifying the acceptance criteria, ..etc.). ► Responsible for the procedures and arranging all Lab documentation related to Audit for ISO, SASO, EPD, other inspection and the required accredited test through 3rd party labs on technical standpoint to comply standards. ► Monitoring and enhancing the quality control procedures and tasks to ensure the aims and purposes of highest levels quality and safety are achieved. ► Expertise to involve a Lab team into new missions and provide a desired support and have them enjoy the work environment which improve the Lab team performance and keep the attention on the lab assets.

QC and R&D Department ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for research and development of several materials which includes chemical admixtures superplasticizer, plasticizer with set retarder to meet standard and customers requirements, cement-based and acrylic based products such as decorative coating, flooring , repairing and waterproofing paints plus bitumen solvent & water base. ► Responsible for establishing the tolerance limits of acceptance / rejection for raw materials depending on the using purposes and standard specifications, ..etc. Developing the current methods or create new procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of productivity for a better working environment. ► Planning, follow up the improvement processes and projects for the existing and the new products to get the target. ► Coordinating with technical, sales, supply chain and operations departments for strategize for a short or long terms. ► Record lab experiments results to keep references and creating manufacturing instructions of approved formulas. ► Managing the quality control team and procedures to ensure the quality and safety requirements are followed. ► Contributing to the development of the epoxy product lines and polyurethane materials.

Q.C ChemistFull Time

• Job Details:1- Accreditation of new raw materials. 2- Responsible for following up the process of the acceptance or rejection of raw materials. 3- Quality control of products for the Department. 4- Supervision of the implementation of proper and correct storage operations from the standpoint of chemical. 5- Follow-up, supervision and directing for the manufacturing operations for department materials, according to the operating instructions (Admixtures, Arc Department, Constructions, Acrylic based, Bitumen waterproofing and Epoxy Products). 6- Testing Concrete Trails for Admixtures. 7- Procedure the Quality Control for all RM. 8- Procedure the Quality Control for the finish products
