Senior Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible of indirect material procurement for 2 factories and 1 company.  Improving payment terms with local and foreign suppliers, and making contracts for long relationship suppliers.  Responsible for local and foreign Resourcing process, also validating suppliers.  Perform current vendors’ evaluation regularly according to company regulations.  Interview prospective suppliers either face-to-face or over the phone to determine prices, discounts, terms, etc.  Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and records, price lists, status of requisitions, contracts and orders, locate suppliers, approve bills for payment, monitor subcontractor performance, calculate the cost of orders and ensure invoices are charged to the supplier’s accounts.  Review procurement execution plans and oversee the full array of materials management and procurement functions of purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections.  Collaborate with management in the negotiation of contracts and lines of credit with suppliers (over 1M Euros or USD /year).  Make sure goods are delivered according to time plan, doing risk assessments and having substitute plan in case of delays occurrence.  Inventory follow up for receiving delivered materials to requesting departments.  Planning future orders according to expected time plane of the required materials soon to be required in presence.

• Job Details:Work collaboratively with project management, finance and cost control to ensure the efficient of procurement process. Perform vendors’ evaluation according to their pre-qualification’s material quality, payment terms, delivery time, negotiation's flexibility & their commitment to our contract terms  Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and records, price lists, status of requisitions, contracts and orders, locate suppliers, approve bills for payment, monitor subcontractor performance, calculate the cost of orders and ensure invoices are charged to the supplier’s accounts.  Review procurement execution plans and oversee the full array of materials management and procurement functions of purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections  Make sure goods are delivered according to time plane.
