• Job Details:Coaching projects team for issuing JV Overall Baseline schedule according to clients and company requirements. -Coordinate with all groups (G1 Alstom, G3 Colas rail and G4 ETF&OR) for their scope schedule accordingly integrates all groups’ schedules in JV Client interface schedule. -Review and follow up design schedule with Engineering in order to support construction work in site. - Issue an updated dashboard report with corrective action in order to mitigate the delay occurred in site. -Support claim preparation by doing a delay analysis and chronology of events affect the project activities on approved schedule. -Attend board meeting to share project status and critical issues need prompt action.

• Job Details:- Prepare contract schedules for tender projects. -Estimate concrete and manpower histograms for tender and active projects. -Estimate Billing plan S-curve for tender and actual projects. -Support projects team in loading active schedule with resources and cash flow.-Support projects team in claims preparation and delay analysis methods. -Coaching projects team for issuing Baseline and Revised schedule according to clients and company requirements. -Discus contract schedules with top management and issue general recommendations for construction work during project life cycle.
