• Job Details:Job descriptions: - Prepare of the quarterly balance sheet, and all its annexes and explanations. - Lead the interface with internal and external auditors. - Preparation of feasibility studies for the MCV transportation department. - Prepare the annual budget for industry and transportation Sectors for the next year. - Monitoring, negotiating and handling all sorts of taxes. - Coach accountants in our department and evaluate the work of every accountant. - Prepare monthly closing reports : 1- The income statement for each profit centers and another reports, a comparison between the actual profits, losses and target and a comparison between the current month and the same month last year according to the profit centers. 2- Prepare of trial balance and balance analysis of all the items (Assets - customer - Taxes – Checks - Treasury - Insurance for others ....) and make reports. Daily work - Reviewing the payment vouchers and analyze the expenses on excel sheet, reviewing journal entries attached with payment voucher and payment signature. - Reviewing and analyzing the accounts receivable customers and make the indebtedness aging. - Follow the banks positions and accounts and the monthly reconciliations. - Follow –up of leasing contracts and the change in interest rate (corridor) reconciliations. - Follow the company's assets and their depreciated, leasing contracts and their premiums and expiration. - Make all the related work in SAP (Accounting software).
