• Job Details:CONSTRUCTION ZONE MANAGER, Owner representative NEW GIZA NEW GIZA CITY Neighborhood 08 – Residential buildings (Duplex – Town houses – Villas) • Managing main contractors and following up with the consultant engineer as follow: o Follow up the progress of the works on the site to ensure that the schedule and required quality are maintained. o Solve the logistic site conflict between different parties & trades such as infrastructure, landscape, site roads, storage areas, supplying martial…etc. o Responsible for correspondence with the concerned parties to maintain the work system and its quality in order to avoid any delays. o Headed weekly meetings with contractors and consultants to review the operational position of the site and solve any outstanding problems.
