• Job Details:-Recording and allocating Payments and Receipts. -Ensure the accuracy of all payments and receipts to and from suppliers and employees by applying proper process and documents within company procedures. -Verify and reconcile all transaction balances regarding A/R and A/P matching each transaction. -Oracle financial System user. - Experience in POS account controlling regarding the MID and BATCH number. -Holding all Company bank account transactions Regarding the creation of A/R and recocilation of A/P and A/R. -Handling Audit requirements Regarding : • Certificate of balance for all accounts • Ending balances for all the accounts for the whole financial year. • Running General Ledger analysis for all accounts. -Creation of Journal entries regarding any transfer. - Controlling the reconciliation process regarding Injections, Rejections, Direct Debit and standard instruction for all account of the company.
