• Job Details:Responsible for all the travel agencies handling from Issuing invoices till collecting the payments , contracts studying , following the collection periods , following the debtors ageing and the prepaid installments FVR Travel Agencies as well ). - also working as a replacing for the Financial controller , responsible for the accounting department starting form Stores departments (Store keeping – Store books – Items in & Out – Food Store hygiene) . , Purchasing Dept . , Cost control etc…. , Bank Reconciliations , Current accounts ,salaries preparations(Payroll) , payable aging , suppliers’ payments handling and the Budget for the upcoming year.
