• Job Details:• Maintain bank relationship and acting as a liaison between banks and the management of the Company. • Negotiate with banks the terms and conditions of the credit facilities extended to the Company. • Generate weekly cash flow in order to identify cash positions to ensure sufficient funding for payments. • Analyze bank fees, interest charges, recommend cost savings, and maintain bank accounts. • Verify and review prepared wire transfers for accuracy prior to release. • Preparation of bank reconciliation. Prior to working as the Banking and Treasury Manager, I participated in the following duties: • Preparation of the financial statements (i.e., Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet) on a monthly basis for each Strategic Business Unit. • Review the entries to insure accurate data entry based on cost centers. • Calculation of Company’s financial ratios and comparing such ratios with the Company’s ratios of previous years in order to identify the weaknesses and suggesting the optimum solutions for such weaknesses. • Preparation of withholding tax declaration. • Conduct Balance Sheet analysis with Trial Balance on a monthly basis to insure accurate monthly closing.

• Job Details:• Preparation of business plans and economic feasibility studies to a wide variety of industries. The purpose of preparation such studies is to find out the viability of the investment opportunities. • Analysis of companies’ financial statements, calculating financial ratios and make comparisons between these companies with their sectors in order to have better investment decisions. • Valuation of companies using several valuation approaches such as discounting cash flows and the replacement value. • Create financial models and preparation of ground work to enable clients in executing financial restructuring transactions. • Preparation of debt settlement analysis with sensitivity analysis for debt settlement arrangements upon each case situation. • All of the above duties are presented using power point facilities or full investment reports.

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage all expenses of projects and preparing weekly cash flow reports. • Control and manage project accounts (follow up contract terms, invoicing, financial cost and payments). • Prepare time sheets and the monthly salary reports of non-permanent labor.
