Record to Report AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Complete day-to-day recording of transactions for assigned companies in compliance with IFRS, tax law and country-specific regulations. Ensure monthly closing is accurate and done on time. Run integrity reports and confirm period end book closure to the various teams on a timely basis. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules for all accounts, as per company policies. Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations and bank reconciliations. Ensure balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations do not have long outstanding items. Maintain quality accounting records and supporting documents for all work. Make accounting records available for review, on a timely basis, by entities, internal auditors, external auditors and other stakeholders, as required. Support quarterly consolidation for assigned companies. Support and prepare statutory financial statements for assigned companies. Ensure you are always up to date with IFRS, tax laws and country accounting regulations.

Junior Financial Accountant for Egypt and KSAFull Time

• Job Details:Verify all payments and record details of payment in the marketing payment register. Validate promos such as rebate promo, internal spiff as per the criteria mentioned on MAF. Issue Invoice to claim marketing fund from the vendor. Verify vendor documents, issue an invoice as per the request from the team and send it. Issuing the CN against various marketing promotions to Customers. Verify the team requests, issue a credit note to customers, and confirm back to the team and PM. Provide information to the team, like MAF wise expense details.

General Ledger AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for E-Finance Program ( CPS TAX & Customs fees ). Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with budgetary. Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the organization. Supervise and ensure the efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization. Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions. Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly. Prepare journal entries and synthesize a common ledger for subsidiary accounts. Collate bank statements on monthly basis. Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting, plus factory data recording processes. Manage and maintain finance-related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs.
