• Job Details:Managing on a timely manner the tasks required by export, accounting & clearance officers which facilitates the flow of documentation between these various departments until they reach our client as well as resolve any issues that would impact the timely release of the containers at destination port -Hiring, training, and supervising shipping employees -Acting as a liaison between management, shipping lines, and export & Import customers. -Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment. -Control budget of the shipping department -Documenting processes and reporting to management as required. -Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics. -Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies -Negotiate sea freights costs with shipping lines / carriers -Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency -Make deals with different insurance companies to get best offers to insure our import & export shipments -Negotiating monthly with our brokers about trucking fees for export and import containers, blocks, machines, etc. -Engaging with different departments to fill export targets. -Monitoring the packaging and labeling of completed orders -Follow up with the import team & accounting team payment of import shipments invoices to receive required paperwork to release our imported containers. -Follow up directly with client’s agent, broker for land transport shipments. -Handling Export team correspondents about orders status, Loading Forecasting, Pending’s loadings, Agent’s issues, etc. -Preparing the annually reports for total loading CNTR’s, Pending’s, freights profit -Prepare the weekly reports (Pending’s, sea freight cost, daily operation) -Preparing the Monthly and quarter reports (Loading CNTR’s, Pending’s, freights profit)

Logistics Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:-Oversee and the packaging of outgoing shipments. -Evaluating the performance of carriers, we used in previous shipments -Evaluating & monitoring the performance of department employees. -Following up the processing shipment documentation and inspection completed orders -Preparing the Monthly and quarter reports (Loading CNTR’s, Pending’s, freights profit) -Preparing the annually reports for total loading CNTR’s, Pending’s, freights profit -Coordinate incoming shipments with Export & production team -Follow up with the import team & accounting team payment of import shipments invoices to receive required paperwork to release our imported containers. -Follow up directly with client’s agent, broker for land transport shipments. -Ensure that shipments arrive at their destinations on time -Ensure that All export shipments will be shipped within budget & cost.

Senior Logistics SpecialistFull Time
