• Job Details:Working as a Manager for: (28 Employees), Reporting to Central Parts Dept. GM 1- Cairo Parts Workshop 2- Alexandria Parts Workshop 3- Aga Parts Workshop 4- Hurghada Parts Workshop 5- Luxor Parts Workshop Main responsibilities: • Manage Parts operations in all MCV workshops all over Egypt. • Developing, Monitoring the inventory replenishment cycle in the “Workshop Central Parts Warehouse” in order to achieve minimum stock outs without affecting the Turnover • Monitoring Stopped Vehicles Reports, Stock Turn Over, Service Level. • Managing warehouse processes, Weekly and monthly Stock Taking Procedure. • Setting the training Plan for the employees. • Evaluate the parts team performance on monthly basis according to the performance evaluation system and the Yearly performance appraisal. • Preparing the annual Parts budget & target. • Developing KPI’s for the whole parts operations cycle.
