Accounts Payable Specialist Full Time

• Job Details:⦁ Provide Markets with all internal/external Accounts Payable reports ⦁ Perform maintenance, reconciliation & following up on the Balance of suppliers. ⦁ Cooperate with suppliers and provide them with the information regarding their requests & preparing withholding Tax Sheet. ⦁ Reporting and Controlling Employee Travel & Expenses Accounts, ⦁ Understanding of end to end processes of accounts payable & accounting operations. ⦁ Perform checks and controls according to Standards. ⦁ Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.

Accounts Payable Accountant Full Time

• Job Details:⦁ Handle timely invoice processing (including deciding on the tax codes) and posting received invoices & Recording daily expenses in Ledger. ⦁ Pay vendors on time based on payment schedule using market payment application. ⦁ Perform payments reconciliation – analyze Vendors’ Open Items to clear items. ⦁ Prepare payment files & Manage master data for vendors; ⦁ Knowledge of bank payment applications and invoicing compliance with legislation. ⦁ Perform checks and controls according to Standards. ⦁ Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
