• Job Details:Responsible for discussing the requirements and Budgets of all project.  Create and Implement detailed workings, drawings and specifications.  Specify the nature and quality of materials required.  Prepare tender documents for contracts.  Manage the project from start to end with all the details required to finalize the project.  Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.  Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Ensure the quality of all products installed and delivered.  Determine requirements for interior finishing work according to the shop drawings.  Select, measure, and mark appropriate materials for (wall panels, kitchen units, flooring, doors….).  Make agreements with the carpenters to create the shapes of the requested order.  Ensure the carpenters preparing material estimated and contact with the clients for to ensure their satisfaction.  Perform wood floor lamination and install handrails and doors.  Determine the type and dimension of wood that is required and ensure that it is properly leveled before being used.  Supervise the work of carpenters to ensure everything is well made at the site.  Manage the documentation of the project
