• Job Details:Planning and Implementation: ● Collaborate with project staff and partners to develop detailed implementation plans, and timelines. ● Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, including contraceptive methods, counselling, and reproductive health education. ● Design, plan, and implement Digital Transformation FP/RH Digital Transformation of training materials and Blended Learning. ● Currently working on creating a low-cost, Low and Medium-fidelity simulator for Family Planning Training. Capacity Building and Training: ● Provide technical assistance and mentorship to project staff and partners, ensuring the adoption of best practices and adherence to quality standards. ● Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the project team and among partners. ● Work closely with OSRA partners to plan activities and respond to requests to support local partners and USAID. ● Provide technical expertise in areas designed for health professional capacity-building interventions. Partnerships and Collaboration: ● Build effective partnerships with government agencies, implementing partners, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. ○ Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for policy changes and create an enabling environment for family planning and reproductive health services Monitoring and evaluation ● Oversee the smooth, well-monitored implementation of the service providers' training (e.g. Physicians, nurses based on the identified needs ● Maintain a smooth monitoring of the quality of service provided at intervention clinics. Volunteer appreciation ● Creating customized KPIs to ensure accurate monitoring and follow-up. Desk Reviewer – Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) Feasibility Study Current role ● Conducting an in-depth literature review and assessment of MMS feasibility for Egypt. ● Evaluating policy implications and integration strategies for nutritional interventions. ● Collaborating with stakeholders to assess cost-effectiveness and implementation frameworks.
