• Job Details:Managing ongoing financial crises provide risk management effective procedures and appropriate cost management according through strategic planning for transformation initiatives as major undertakings of the company’s mode of operations for a better stable business performance management. Expanding with the CCO into new markets for growth with speed of change, products’ development life cycles & continuously evolving technology. Evaluation of overall performance through following up with all departments’ heads for more quality control to ensure meeting targets & budgets with recommending appropriate improvements and KPIs to execute major business transformation. Deep involvement across the company’s operation, contractors & stakeholders (locally and internationally) to ensure performing at the optimal level to shape longer-term strategy on par with targeted budgets and assessment of synergistic possibilities. Maintaining social networks upwards with the CEO, CFO and the Board; downwards with the work force; and outwards by developing positive interactions with suppliers, investors & governmental authorities for obtaining a dual perspective within both high-level strategy and lower-level processes and operations. Ensuring corporate governance in all business processes and activities. Maintaining external networking opportunities to share effective experience & knowledge. Negotiating & Reviewing agreements, NDAs and sub-contracts with legal and commercial consultants. Providing efficient operation with having a bridge between corporate IT and the wider business. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances). Monitor all marketing, media, communications & events plans.
