• Job Details:_Review the prescribed drug order and patient medication sheet for appropriateness. _Validate for the medication prepared before dispensing to the inpatient care units _Provide the advice and information related to the medication to improve prescribing to all healthcare staff and especially doctors, nurses. _Monitoring the therapeutic dose to ensure the dose appropriateness and inform the clinical pharmacist in charge for any finding. _Make the proper documentation for interventions _Provide drugs expenditure reports to the Pharmacy Manager. _Monitor and propose revision to pharmacy guidelines, policies and protocols when necessary. _Undertake projects or tasks requested to do so by Manager from time to time. _Act as a role model and ensure the provision of a learning environment.

Quality Assurance SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:_Perform all required quality assurance functions, recommend and implement improvements for product manufacturing. _Ensure line clearance & cleaning checks of the batch manufacturing process _Reviews documentation associated manufacture of products on the manufacturing area during production. _Work closely with manufacturing to address any production issues on shift and ensure appropriate documentation. _Coordinates and assembly of batch record documentation to assist with disposition. _Reviews and approves completed manufacturing related documents for batch record disposition. _Performs in process control sampling, testing and inspection . _Coordinates activities associated with deviation report and CAPAs to facilitate investigations and assure timely closure. _Ensures adherence of appropriate cGMP regulations and quality standards. _Perform or support any other tasks necessary to maintain the product quality and site cGMP compliance, as needed. _Ensures that all activities in his unit or section are done according the relevant cGMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

Quality Assurance PharmacistFull Time

• Job Details:• Inspect production lines/areas for CGMP compliance. • Sampling and testing of product during manufacturing, filling, or packaging according to approved sampling plans. • Reviewing batch records & lab related records. Inspection on the division of the warehouse release area, guarantee area and the reject area with the true identification labels Recording any complain from any customer from any product and investigate about the reason of the problem and solving Carry out the issuance and weighing process of raw materials to guarantee the conformity of specifications to quality standards, approving the release of materials to production, as well as ensuring compliance of raw material storage with regulatory guidelines Monitor GMP & system implementation on daily basis and providing related reports accordingly Documentation of validation steps according to the prevailing policies and procedures Ensure strict adherence to the relevant cGMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
