• Job Details:•Managing a team of moderators including (performance, responding to clients, sponsored campaign messages, and all supervision tasks) •Conducting regular team meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues. •Providing ongoing coaching and development to improve moderators' skills and knowledge. •Handling escalated customer complaints or difficult situations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. •Setting performance targets and KPIs for moderation and sales team. •Training and qualification of moderation and sales team on any new tools or tasks •Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and quality assurance, to improve overall moderation and sale processes. •Produce Daily report to management. •Leading by example and creating a positive and engaging work environment for team members

Social media moderator and SalesFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage various social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, etc. • Handel Customer Complaints, Provide • Appropriate Solutions and follow up to ensure Resolution. • Generating Leads to Help the Sales Team. • Produce Daily, Monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management.
