• Job Details:• Review a monitoring percentage from the content outcome of the operational team (from 6 to 8 agents). • Determining Quality assurance benchmarks and setting standards for improvement. • Coach the team on the errors individually and apply side-by-side monitoring to catch the root cause of the errors. • Do monthly sessions on the most common errors and how to avoid them. • Executing monthly performance plans to identify production gaps. • Handling hotels' complaints, making all needed validation steps to know whether it is valid on the customer or the company and solving all kinds of similar complaints. • Provide content and translation training for all newly hired agents. • Give quality content training to all newly hired quality members. • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. • Set customer review standards that should be displayed on the website and monitor samples from customer reviews approved by the agents. • Updating work schedules and shifts of the team according to workloads. • Conducting the KPIs of the team and applying one-to-one meetings. • Proofread and edit any content done by the translation team that will be published on Al-Mosafer website. • Create content using SEO techniques for certain events and promotional campaigns to be published on Al-Mosafer website. • Translate legal critical documents that are related to the company. • Put the guidelines for any task that should be delivered. • Ensure the uniqueness of the content with a high quality of language. • Make the content suitable with all the customers who are dealing with our Company • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. • Set plans for assigned tasks in terms of due date and high accuracy. • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems. • Measure the AHT quarterly.
