• Job Details:- Handled various employees’ inquiries from all Nestle Middle East employees through e-mails and phone calls. - Was responsible for solving different issues for Nestle Middle East employees related to their salaries, pay slips, leaves and multiple kinds of HR certificates. - Acted as consultative role to help Nestle employees over the phone in various matters. - Handled different kind of financial requests from vendors dealing with Nestle entities. Requests as: payment details, proof of payments, purchase orders issues, invoices rejection and blocking and so forth.
