• Job Details:I lead the entire grant lifecycle, from identifying funding opportunities to securing partnerships. I craft detailed grant proposals, budget plans, and funding applications aligned with donor guidelines. I build and maintain strong relationships with international donors, coordinate with internal teams to align proposals with organizational goals and ensure compliance with grant requirements. I monitor project milestones, prepare progress reports, and represent the foundation in donor meetings, conferences, and networking events. My work focuses on securing funding that supports cultural development, education, and community empowerment.
