• Job Details:Working as an executive planner and mechanical maintenance specialist in central maintenance department (CMD) and looking after spares and maintenance planning. Mapping entire plant maintenance business processes like regular maintenance, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, refurbishment process, calibration process. Managing the maintenance of 270+ machines, out of which 200+ machines have normal behavior while 50+ machines have critical behavior. Maintain the machine effectiveness and ensuring optimal machine performance. Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and achieving targets under pressure & tight deadlines; identifying & resolving problems. Created maintenance plans & scheduled the plans as per requirements. Carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance schedule of all equipment. Analyzing equipment failure through RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effect Analysis). Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.
