Foreign Procurement Section HeadPart Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for all the foreign procurement processes as (Sourcing, contracting, dealing with suppliers and shipping orders) especially in the field of neurosurgery and spine. • Ensure that the required regulatory affairs, shipping and clearance documents meet the criteria. • Coordinate and follow up the legal, regulatory and logistics procedures with our teams and consultants beginnin with revising contracts ending with receiving the goods in our warehouses. • Now starting our new project for exporting related items to Africa.

Supply Chain CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues. • Prepare the initiative monthly cost saving plan and achieved saving report. • I also check and maintain supply chain inventory and records. • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land the most profitable deals. • I worked on receiving and reviewing tender’s offers, analysis and then prepare the awarding. • Resolve any raised issue that come up (e.g. delays in delivery). • Always find the most and new cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes. • Follow up and monitor the logistics procedures. • Coordinate and set a dynamic system of the purchasing processes for the external specialized items with medical contracting and approvals department and then dealing with the most suitable supplier for each case.
