  • Job Details:Gama Construction HQ, Triangle Group, Cairo, Egypt.  Handle users’ technical issues and troubleshoot their technical problems.  Help fix any network problems including but not limited to, slow internet performance, domain authentication failure, and devices’ malfunctioning as routers and switches.  Receive new devices and start working on setup installation process.  Provide technical advice and assistance to users to help them to perform better.  Search for and install applications that facilitate the employees’ work and train the users how to use them.  Support in troubleshooting any kind of hardware and software problems that face employees.  Maintain company servers to facilitate work process for employees.  Manage the printers’ server and solve any technical problems related to them.  Provide 24/7 support to all IT related issues in the company including hardware and software.  Diagnose connectivity or data access problems, answering questions about hardware or software, and helping users access shared drives and devices.  Initiate the MSR (Material Supply Request) and provide the technical specifications in detail to purchasing department to bring the best technical and price offers.  Review the PO (purchasing Order) and approve the appropriate offer that match the specifications required.  Coordinate with the hardware and software suppliers and set the delivery dates.  Monitor the stock of the department (ins and outs) and make sure that devices are delivered to the concerned parties at the HQ and the projects.  Submit assets control monthly reports such as HQ users’ devices, warehouse stock, software’s budget, and ticket issues log.
