• Job Details:Manage team of 10 personnel to perform efficiently, promote synergies for improvement of daily functions in Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Distribution and Warehouse inventory control.  Develop all supply chain services within the Group such as material planning, scheduling, and strict inventory control for immediate availability to the stock.  Implemented lean initiatives resulting in annualized cost savings in purchase by 8.5 % thru vendor management program, planning and negotiations of the contracts.  Rolled out new operational concepts in complete alignment with stakeholders and third parties  Guaranteeing flexibility in operations through outsourcing and other agreements with ever-fluctuating volumes in the supply chain.  Central S & OP and logistics IT system for optimal coordination between Sales, Planning, Logistics and Finance.  Review purchasing decisions, orders and vendor contracts to ensure requests are met in a timely manner. Address and resolve all order discrepancies immediately to ensure quality and maintain the organization's reputation.  Developed and implemented effective inventory controls, eliminating shortage to improve rapport with outside vendors.  Stable, transparent logistics operation and control / monitoring through KPI.  Central stock management that results in optimal availability, optimal stock levels and delivery times agreed with the customers.  Develop and implement customization of customer orders in logistics operation.  Delivery of goods based on agreed delivery conditions (Incoterms), costs and delivery times.  Coached and trained department staff on 5S job objectives, starting modern, highly automated warehouses.  Manage labor costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies.  Program and change management: delivery of projects on time and within budget.  Measure and report on the effectiveness of departmental activities and operations.  Write and present employee performance reviews and appraisals, including disciplinary actions as well as fostering performance improvement through positive reinforcement.  Supporting HR through training, development and change management and motivating, stimulating and coaching employees and teams.  Reporting to CEO.
