• Job Details:• Diagnosing DTC faults and follow the Wiring Diagram to identify the underlying issues. • Work with other departments, such as the warranty department, to ensure that data collected will get the approval. • Greet customers and understand their automotive service needs, including diagnosing issues and identifying required maintenance or repairs. • Provide exceptional customer service and support, including answering customer questions and concerns and keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle service or repair. • Communicate repair needs and estimates to customers, including explaining the details of the repair process and the cost of parts and labor.
