• Job Details:Jan 2016 - Jan 2020 Head of Studio - Fashion Art Director Jumia Egypt ▪ Putting mood boards for marketing shoots. ▪ Supporting staff workflow of the Jumia Egypt Studio. ▪ Day to day management and direction of studio operations. ▪ Using data systems to track and plan for volume and flow of product photography. ▪ Providing daily supervision as well as mentoring, training, development and performance management of the Studio Operations team. ▪ Creating training and process documentation. ▪ Regularly reporting key productivity and quality metrics to stakeholders. ▪ Managing hiring and executing contracts for all freelance staff. ▪ Prioritizing work based on studio capacity, deadlines and competing priorities. Oct 2012 – Dec 2015 Retouching Supervisor Jumia Egypt ▪ Plan and Organize events (Jumia Asfour Awards, Jumia Anniversary, Jumia Geek at the Greek and Jumia Chic Launch). ▪ Retouching and editing images for Jumia Egypt by following the guideline of the retouching team. ▪ Uploading images on internal portal ▪ Fulfilling daily targets in accordance with the schedule assigned by the retouch team leader. ▪ Editing, retouching, revising and uploading images onto the website. ▪ Checking final quality after Photoshop. ▪ Input data to the Retouching daily report. ▪ Making recommendations to improve workflow in the production department
