• Job Details:Establishing and developing the company's transportation system and working to increase and develop the transportation of agents using smart systems, Support to Facilities Manager Support with coverage at reception when needed. New Joiner support and information pack updated and improved regularly. Monthly reminders to the receptionist to ensure that office image is maintained in. Continues improvement ideas proposed for site monthly, working closely with the team to come up with new and innovative ideas. Training & monthly recaps with office tea boys and cleaners to perform Daily checks of meeting rooms and offices successfully and reporting failures and faults in a timely manner. Walk through the office on scheduled inspections. Directly interact with employees focusing on finding out from the employee what they would like done to improve the office service and environment. Schedule per quarter. Monthly report prepared and submitted to management on above daily checks and monthly walk arounds. Maintaining and updating asset lists, focusing on Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM ) endeavors to prevent failures, faults and complaints. Ensuring all ( work order ) Requests and issues are closed in a timely manner with regular updates to management. Support FM Manager with management of all services at all locations (office cleaning, washroom cleaning, General, AC & Fire Equipment maintenance, access systems and equipment ext)
