• Job Details:CPI group is one of Europe’s respected and leading printing companies (and number one in the UK). My responsibilities include second level support among end user support and computer and server hardware maintenance, our network topology consisting of WAN infrastructure within a high WINTEL environment across London and the South of England, with a hybrid of different virtualizing operating systems and other specializing software. Proven experience off knowledge and skills below which are used within my duties at my current job; • Server Operating System management and implementation including Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2 (Exchange, Clustering,), with virtualization installation (Hyper V and VMware). • Multiple OS phone management and support • Desktop Operating Systems maintenance and support including Windows 2000 Professional Windows XP Professional, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10 Apple OS (Mountain Lion and IOS) • Hardware support and repair (from disassembling to repairing a vast range of hardware components on a wide range of physical devices) • Terminal Services, ISS 7 support, and FTP management • SAS Storage server support and installation • Network Cabling and Enclosures (Fibre optics, JR cabling and installation) • Server Hardware maintenance and repair (Dell/HP hardware) • Network Infrastructure Devices (e.g. Switches and Routers (Networking and Physical): HP/Net gear Switches. • Network Infrastructure Services (e.g. Active Directory, DNS and DHCP GPMC, DHCP, Administrator Services) and support implementation. • Network Security Services (e.g. Firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems)
