• Job Details:Conducting end-to-end analysis of performance to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to achieve our targets. Monitoring the day-on-day operations. Performing root cause analysis for failures and implementing effective action plans to enhance operations and proactively prevent future incidents. Serving as the point of contact between external stakeholders and ground operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Developing monthly and seasonal plans that are efficient and aligned with business requirements, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. Establishing visibility for ground operations, ensuring transparency and accessibility of information. On ground visits to observe the gaps that we have and initiate improvements for it. Managed the last-mile and first-mile delivery data analytics workflow, reports, and dashboards. Monitored the business metrics and KPIs to provide data-driven decisions, and contributed to improving the logistics operations and customer experience.

Logistics Team Leader (Last Mile)

• Job Details:Lead the last mile delivery team of associates and delivery agents working with delivery associates to reduce and eliminate customer complaints/escalations. Handle routes of delivery associates and keep track of their performance. Take initiative to solve day-to-day problems of the team. Monitoring the fleet of vehicles & transporters ensuring on-time delivery. Attention to details while doing daily shipments/cash reconciliation. Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
