• Job Details:Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, Assigning room and issuing the room key in Accordance with property policies and procedures Secure valid form of payment Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in according to their requests Assign room according to guest request and preferences review out of service and out of orders room Sell a room/accommodation to guests Coordinate with housekeeping for the clean room and arrival rooms concerns Obtain all requested information for guest’s requests Verify and adjust billing for guests Organize and coordinate check-in/ pre-registration procedures for arriving groups
