• Job Details:Technical installation for network security devices which include but not limited to the below: - L2 Security Using all Routers and Switches in remote sites and data centers. - End User Security and Policy enforcement using NAC and ISE technologies. - VPN (Site to Site, Get VPN, DMVPN and Remote Access). - Two factor authentication (token OTP) and extend authentication. - Next generation firewalls (Cisco, Palo-alto, Fortigate,). - Next Generation IPS. - Proxy (Blue Coat). - WAF and SSL offload (F5, Citrix). - Technical installation for network security management application which includes but not limited to (cisco prime). - Follow up regular upgrades for all devices and applications. - Installation for all network security devices and application for external projects. - Low level design and solution documentation for internal and external projects. - Participate in service fail-over testing. - 2nd layer of support for internal / external users for all network problems.

Senior Infrastructure EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Monitoring all production servers and services in order to be proactive and to resolve any issues in less downtime. • Manage Cisco ISE, NAC, WLC, IP Phones, Call Manager, Cisco routers, ASA, Fortinet Firewall, Peplink WAN Load balancers, Core and edge switches in Cairo and Dubai (DR location). • Manage MS Exchange 2010-2016, FTP, Reverse Proxy and Active Directory Services 2012 (DNS, DHCP, and DC), and MS SQL 2012-2014. • Manage Office 365 services and it's backup. • Manage Symantec Antivirus, Backup exec to ensure periodically backup and restore processes. • Manage production physical and virtual servers (Hyper-V 2012). • Documenting network problems and resolutions for future reference. • Making researches upon new technologies, tools and platforms in order to decide which is more compatible with current environment and much healthier for future planning. • Being proactive. Auditing on all production servers, network devices and LAN/WAN connection status, keeping our live services available all the time. • Dealing with vendors to get the latest and more compatible network devices, servers and production tools. Projects: - Configure, Implement and Replace old network access system Cisco NAC with Cisco ISE. - Migrate over 450 user to Office 365. - Secure Access to Office 365 using Multi factor Authentication. - Secure VPN remote access using Multi-factor Authentication on via FortiGate. - Design new WiFi network to Meet the new requirements of company growth. -
