  • Job Details:Responsibility ▪ Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance program in SUKARI gold mine, prepared a brief guideline for the RCM, put a scope and timeline for the program, and right now in the implementation phase. ▪ Maintain KPI’s including Mean time between failure, Availability, Utilization, and Mean time to repair to measure the efficiency of the maintenance team and implement improvement system and prepare the daily, weekly and, monthly KPI’s reports. ▪ Identifying and reporting on potential failures within a process. ▪ Conduct routine engineering calculations. ▪ Conduct the Lean philosophy to reduce waste. ▪ Applying general engineering knowledge to solve problems. ▪ Works with the maintenance teams to develop processes that increase reliability. ▪ Performs statistical data analysis to predict and minimize failures. ▪ Develops FMEA processes for new or existing equipment. Check new systems or installations. ▪ Provides solutions to recurring failures by performing RCA and identifying corrective action. ▪ Conducting technical training for the execution teams. ▪ Work closely with budgets and finances to help reduce costs. ▪ Liaise with relevant teams on outcomes of tests/analysis. ▪ Prepare, develop, implement and manage predictive and preventive maintenance strategies. ▪ Conduct a criticality analysis for the new and existing plants. ▪ Prepare the standard work procedures for maintenance tasks. ▪ Carry out all the new maintenance tasks with the execution team to make sure all tasks are carried out as per SWP. ▪ Restore the plant capability by reviewing the plant design, operation, installation and, all relevant parameters to production and maintenance activities. ▪ Listed the equipment which needed high maintenance cost and looked for ways and means to reduce costs. ▪ Perform oil samples analysis by using Spectro Scientific mini lab and review oil analysis reports and recommend actions. ▪ Review and develop a lubrication program to increase asset reliability.

  • Job Details:Responsibility ▪ Prioritizing work with the area maintenance team. ▪ Scoping and planning identified work. ▪ Plan emergency work. ▪ Driving maintenance at the right cost. ▪ Prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activities inclusive of repetitive maintenance. ▪ Order, receive, and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities. ▪ Order parts, supplies, materials, and inventory to ensure activities can proceed. ▪ Raise Application for New Stock Item (ANSI) to inventory team with full item description and determine the Min/Max levels depending on annual consumption and supplier’s lead time. ▪ Provide assistance to engineering for spare parts preparation and PM Lists for new equipment. ▪ Plan and arrange activities related to equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting site production supplies. ▪ Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings related to maintenance. ▪ Coordinate plant shutdowns to attain all essential schedules. ▪ Coordinate to reline major assets through external suppliers. ▪ Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications. ▪ Provide technical assistance for supporting entire on-site maintenance activities. ▪ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports. ▪ Follow up on the progress of outside services & contractor works and Raise Job completion form to the payment team. ▪ Support proactively all EH&S procedures and policies
