• Job Details:- Drafting contracts in both Arabic and English for corporate business and subcontracts and approving them with the official authorities. - Handling contracts (Drafting, reviewing all types of agreements, tender documents, Procurement contracts, and third-party relations) and reporting the findings and feedback to the department head for validation. - Manage updating prices of Contracts, Evaluation, and Supplier performance to advise management to renew re-tender, or terminate. - Manage litigation by Following up on company legal issues in terms of lawsuits against the company, Police reports & governmental communications & representing the company in front of the Egyptian Court for legal cases handling all litigation procedures. - Representing the company before all governmental and public bodies concerning obligations, rights, contracts, and legal procedures related to the company's business. - Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and related issues.
