• Job Details:Responsibilities: 1. Project Management Management and supervising of all internal expansion plant projects which worth up to 1 million pounds, including installation, commissioning and start up for new machines and processing lines. 2. Electric Power Substation Supervise the maintenance and operation for 66 / 22 KV substation, medium voltage switch gear, low voltage panels and responsible for all electric power cables (design and extension) for new projects. 3. Utilities • Complete supervision for all maintenance activities related to utilities equipment (electrical & mechanical). • Preparing yearly purchase plan for all spare parts according to schedule maintenance. 4. HVAC and BMS System Complete supervision for all maintenance activities for AHU & Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment controlled by BMS system. 5. Building Maintenance Full control of all acts of the maintenance for the building of the plant and to develop preventive maintenance programs for plumbing, lighting and civil working to ensure the survival of the building in excellent condition. 6. Workshop Supervising the work of the workshop and technicians, welding and blacksmithing as well as supervision of all works, which are manufacturing in external workshops. Main Duties • Manage and lead maintenance team with providing them front – line advise to ensure high performance for all equipment. • Plan for achieve company strategy, goals, control and follow up all maintenance tasks under KPIs. • Prepare for all maintenance tasks and maintenance benchmarking such as: ▪ Effective maintenance by measuring daily OEE & MTBF and MTTR For all main equipment. ▪ Preventive maintenance by preparing computerized programmed for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive schedule. ▪ Autonomous maintenance by preparing PLM in structure applying all this maintenance steps especially at production machines. ▪ Predictive maintenance by preparing daily and weekly check tables and measurements. • Using DMAIC application and fish bone to specify root cause reason for repeated problems, familiar with using charts and analysis. • Working with TPM theory applying 5S and Quality maintenance. • Familiar with OSHA to ensure high health and safety procedures for working at the factory with applied OHSAS 18001. • Preparing Maintenance Resources leveling including maintenance cost/ton measuring it monthly to achieve the company goals.
