• Job Details:Start and Initiate the Maintenance Dept. with (selection for the new maint. employees , establish the Assets Machnes / Equpments Lists, establish the Maint. Machnes List and its preventive Maintenance programe , establsh the spare parts proposales per each machines, establish the Training Materx er each employee, establsh the daily Report and Machine Life cards , Down time analysis per each machine , OEE% calculations per each machine, Pudget Proposales, Provides the technicaladvices to Maintence dept. as per need.........etc

Engineering ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Within an effective ISO system: Direct the Engineering Maintenance Dept. for the Chema Foam Plant by Supervise the maintenance engineers. • Establish, develop and manage a high qualified and performance Technical Team (Engineers and Technicians). • Defines the sub objectives needed to achieve the factory main objective. • Build the engineering system and Develop key relevant policy and work procedure and take the necessary action for system deployment. • Establish the spare parts Proposals and submit it to warehousing department to ensure the availability of spares with the min , max and reordering point per each machine. • Establish and follow-up the Training Matrix per each one in the dept. in co-operation with HR dept. • Develop and implement Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance plan and insure the technical accuracy. • Plan and manage new lines Machine Installations (new blue foam production line – the largest one in Egypt). • Maintain an accurate Engineering records and take the necessary action for all relevant analysis for improvement. • Establish the Maintenance Budget (OPEX ,CAPEX). Major Achievements: • Complete the Installations of new blue foam production line – the largest one in Egypt. • Establish the Maintenance Booklet per each Machine. • Establish the spare parts Proposals. • Apply 5S rules in Maintenance Workshop.
