Ensure all products released to warehouses are complying with customer specifications and requirement. Report regularly to quality Director the quality status on monthly bases on the main K.P.Is of quality performance . Share with factory managers the best practice & lesson learnt within factories under my responsibilities. Participate positively in customer complaints root cause analysis and effective corrective actions to prevent the complaints recurrence

• Job Details:Leads Finished products inspection to obtain organization’s quality standards, Develop quality targets and measures for all company operations and monitor the performance of the company against these. Provide advice and guidance to the company, its managers, and staff on any regulatory aspects of total quality management. Identify quality problems and areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and follow up on corrective implementations. Assist and supervise the quality control team. Assess new testing and sampling methodologies or technologies to determine usefulness.
