• Job Details:- responsible for the closing of outlets of company monthly. - responsible for agents of company and accounts of them. 12/2023- till now - ⁠invoices the sales orders of customers on Microsoft Dynamics system . - Record the deposits and collections of customer on Microsoft Dynamics system . - ⁠match customer balance between system and Excel monthly . - ⁠Reviewing shipping companies monthly. - Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer. - Reconcile transactions with statements.
