• Job Details:1-Credit Note Processing Processes Lump sum Trade Activity. Processes Enhanced Trade Activity. Prepares manual Credit Notes for WBS transactions. Performs Final Settlement of Trade Activities. Executes Manual Accrual of Rebates. Create the accrual of Rebates (NEAR only) Prepares list of Credit Notes for payment either through electronic fund transfer or cheque. (by Payment request) Creates Miscellaneous Invoices and Credit Notes. Coordinates errors to respective resolution owners in the Market. 2- Render support services to customers: Resolves AR-related complaints and requests on time. Receives feedback and channels concerns to the right person or department. 3- Continuous Improvement Recommends and implements improvements in the system and procedures. Participates in special projects initiated for the improvement of Credit and Collection processes.
