• Job Details:Key responsibilities: ▪ Prepare Treasury reports and analytical documents, generate cash flow forecasts, develop effective cash and asset management strategies to ensure Group’s sufficient liquidity. ▪ Track and manage all debt facility deadlines with respect to submission of financial statements, Operating Budgets, Valuation reports, Project Progress Updates, Security Assignment requirements, debt covenants, interest rate exposures to ensure compliance as per debt facility agreements. ▪ Carry out debt servicing payments and closing balances, prepare calculation sheets, control sheets and any other useful report/memo for Management review. ▪ Engage in liquidity management, drawdowns, interest and debt servicing and co-ordinate with banks for providing financial advice on loans, and liabilities by negotiating and carrying out amendments and waiver agreements. ▪ Arrange to renew the insurance of all the assets of the company (i.e., Properties & Others). ▪ Coordinate with valuers to facilitate and provide all the information required for the physical inspection of assets. ▪ Support the management and internal departments with all requested information. ▪ Manage the Portfolio of investment in Stocks and other Financial Instruments.

• Job Details:Key responsibilities: ▪ Budgeting and Cash Flow Forecasting. ▪ Managing Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable. ▪ General ledger accounting, month-end/year-end closing and managing External Audit. ▪ Bank Reconciliation and daily Rolling Cash Position and Cash Flow Forecast. ▪ Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending. ▪ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. ▪ Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures. ▪ Assist with VAT returns. ▪ Well-versed with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). ▪ Managing an investment portfolio (Shares, FX trading & other financial instruments). ▪ Managing banks relationships and finalizing Finance Facilities with banks. ▪ Financial Analysis, Capital markets technical and Fundamental Studies.

Treasury SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Key responsibilities: ▪ Cash Flow Forecasting and Cash management. ▪ Customers’ Credit Management. ▪ Managing banks relationships and finalizing Finance Facilities with banks. ▪ Managing working capital (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, inventories). ▪ Assist in manufacturing Cost Accounting. ▪ Managing the team of quarterly and year end Stock count for all inventories and report on it. ▪ Monthly bank Reconciliations, Forex reports and reviewing vendors & customers aging reports. ▪ Control of Fixed Assets and Stock by ensuring proper records and required insurances are in place.
