Production Planning/Scheduling Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details: Working as the demand planner with sales engineers to review the submitted demand and production plan, in order to achieve the sales targets for the Middle East Countries.  Prepare and update a master production schedule on monthly and annually basis.  Work with the production team on the daily production scheduling, shift patterns and labor allocation.  Work with the material planners MRP to ensure material availability for planned production.  Daily and weekly reporting of production compliance to schedule and cycle time, root cause analysis of non-compliant production orders.  Monthly analysis and reporting of production forecast variance, root cause analysis.  Monthly analysis and reporting of production capacity / utilization.  Monthly analysis of production cells performance, changeovers and costing related KPIs to present in the monthly plants meeting.  Monthly meeting with all supply chain functions for the supply planning review.  Work with Business Development / Marketing on new products and launches.  Factory Internal Audit Team member. [F.I.A.T.]  Very good over view about the principles of ISO 9001:2015.  Reporting and analyze weak points at internal auditing and present feasible alternatives.

• Job Details: Weapons Production team leader at the Armed Forces Workshop No.11 for small and medium weapons.  Responsible for Production planning and inventory control.  Responsible for industrial safety at workshop.
