• Job Details:R&D Project management : - Literature review on the application of Machine/Deep Learning in the Building Energy sector. - Creation of a project dedicated to optimize building energy efficiency by leveraging forecasts made by ML/DL models. - Data collection, transformation, analysis and preprocessing using Python : Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib. - In-depth statistical analyses on Time Series data, especially energy meter and sensor data. - Train, validate, and optimize ML/DL models like XGBoost and LSTMs using Scikit-Learn and Tensorflow and Pytorch. - Usage of Python packages dedicated to Time Series modeling such as GluonTS or DARTS for making probabilistic forecasts using state-of-the-art Deep Learning models like N-HiTS or PatchTST. - Creating clear and concise visualizations to effectively communicate results to stakeholders. - Developing Proof of Concepts. - Project management with GitLab. - Code versionning with Git. - Recruiting and managing team members to promote operational efficiency. AWS Cloud administration : - Setup of the organization for the R&D department : creation of an organization, organizational units and member accounts in AWS Organizations. - Creation of IAM groups and users for the administrators and the billing manager. - Creation of groups and users in IAM Identity Center. - Creation of SCPs to manage permissions in the organization. - Creation of a Lambda function to stop ressources outside working hours.
