Provides leadership for Human Capital strategic planning. • Manage staff training/development program. • Develop and control the manpower and succession planning processes for the Corporate Population and ‘feeder’ levels ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time. • Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention. • With CHRO Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment. • Chairs any employee selection committees or meetings. • Prepare in coordination with functional managers manpower planning, staffing..etc. to ensure accurate input in the Annual Operating Plan. • Review & Approve the Manpower plan with Managers. • Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. • Interviews management and executive position candidates; serves as part of the interview team for position finalists.
