Social insurance Tasks • Responsabile for form 1 , 6 , 2 ,111 ,101 . • Responsible for work accident process, following up and handling for all process and Documents with insurance office . • Responsible for sick leave according organization type and follow up the sick balance for all employees and handling the sick documents with insurance office . Payroll Tasks • Creating monthly salaries transaction report by EXCEL and ERP system . • Creating monthly bonus report to Dept Head . • Creating monthly meal allowance report . • Following the overtime according the organization policy . • Organizing creating bank accounts for the new employees . Medical Care service Tasks • Dealing with the medical care company in all medical approvals and all type of Medications status and the operations .
